    Just a proper fit for exploring town in Vienna with fantastic value. The service and wines really saved our Christmas dinner experience. Be prepared for slow kitchen service, though!

    Perfect accommodation with useful and hospitable staff members that went above-and-beyond in all aspects of service. Lovely beds, central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. Great view to garden. Favourable setting, next to most museums and the Museum Quarter, and shopping places resturants and underground metro.

    The staff were extremely helpful and very helpful up until the day we left. The location was excellent and perfect, in the center of the old town of vienna, in the particularly good area.

    The indoor pool was a fantastic escape from the Vienna heat and the cocktail bar was perfect for evening relaxation. The restaurant offerings were diverse, and the views from the rooftop bar were fine. A highlight was the amazing experience created by the enthusiastic staff. Each interaction felt nice and special.

    The room had a cozy seating area and a stylish minibar. Spa facilities were great, with soothing treatments available. I loved the complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks in the executive lounge. The complimentary breakfast included fresh pastries and organic juices that were good. Location's perfect for walking to nearby attractions.

    great stay with some room for improvement

    The staff were great too make my daughter's name day special with a good surprise. The club lounge experience was cute and relaxing, allowing our family to unwind together.

    The noise from the outside street could be distracting at times.

    Always a safe choice: not cheap but you are 100% sure there will be nothing at all to complain about and you can 100% enjoy the stay. The hotel was kind enough to allow early check-in and late check-out given availability during the period of stay.

    Don't like/need to be brought all the way to the room - but that's probably a personal thing, I understand other customers have different desires in such respect.

    the service was excellent . very clean , around 8 mins to city center shopping area .

    the front office cant accept any cards from my husband and my pockets ! even it is visa card or mastercard ! finally we withdrew cash then paid ! it is the first time happen in my life !

    The super nice team and the location was perfect. We enjoyed fun experiences in the Club Lounge, like the amazing cocktails and good snacks. The spa area is fantastic, and the room was cozy and spacious.
